In amongst the New York Fashion Week chatter, I’m surprised more people aren’t talking about Naomi Campbell premiering her first collection with PrettyLittleThing.
I know there are some reasons why people buy fast fashion clothing, especially plus-size consumers who struggle to find accessible alternatives. I know that many people are gradually shifting away from ultra-fast fashion and diversifying their shopping habits, but might occasionally indulge. I’m all for progress not perfection! I am surprised, however, that a woman with a powerful reputation and more than enough money to see her legacy through has decided to sign what I imagine is a long-term contract to promote this controversial brand.
