There’s an old English rhyme that goes

Monday's child is fair of face,
Tuesday's child is full of grace.
Wednesday's child is full of woe,
Thursday's child has far to go.
Friday's child is loving and giving,
Saturday's child works hard for a living.
But the child that is born on Sabbath day,
Is bonny and blithe, good and gay.

My mum used to recite it to me when I was growing up, but ironically couldn’t remember which day either myself or my sister was born. These days, when I put my birthdate into online forms it often shows me a calendar, and so I now know I was born on a Monday.
